It looks like the other players in the room have fine ping, are you sure it's not just your internet? Is your ISP maybe throttling your speeds during peak times?

I have a few friends in game that have the same issue as mine and also i survey some pubs and compare my ping to some players that i know every 3:00 pm (PST) some of them got the same ping as mine [100-350ish] different isp too
