Cant seem to Log in

Hi guys, created my CF account back in 2009, but haven't played in over 3 years. Just wanted to get back into it, but I'm currently having issues logging on. I already recovered my email and changed my password, but I still can't seem to log on. It says either my ID or password is incorrect, but I seem to log in the website ok no problem. I just moved from US to Philippines so I'm hoping this might be the issue. If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it. I already emailed concerning this issue. I don't have a PC anymore so I can't play it on a MAC. So I tried playing the game on an cafe and It won't log me on. HELP GUYS!! I REALLY WANT TO TRY OUT THE NEW MAPS AND FEATURES.
