did we get the crate tickets from the thanksgiving event?

can't find the old announcement for that event. However, while it initially said 5 crates for doing the first 5 games on Mall. It was later changed, within the same day as it's original announcement, to 1 crate of the DE-s/Bladed and a couple of the other parts on the banner were modified to be the correct version of rewards. The total number of crates you should have had was 16. 1 DE-s/Bladed, 5 of whatever you chose for transportation, and 10 for your destination.

I'm also missing some rewards, I got only 8000 EP when I played for 18 hours (last time I checked) so I should be getting (at least) 12000 EP; and I did not received the 5 free crate tickets for the +1.0 KDR part (which I had for sure)

Just sent a support ticket...

what department do you send a ticket to? I sent to tech support and they said that was the wrong department and they will forward it.. but you know how that goes
