Want to speak to any [GMs] or [Mod] about my problem

Now i play cross fire from 2014 in this account and i bought much zp and i have all things about this account .
first thing when i bought new vip D.e new vip .
i go in other place to play in there and got ban from ip block what should i do? but i think support ticket don't help me.
