Hacking Report System/Hackers

Hello guys,

Is there any moderator/anyone watching the reports we send? I've sent some reports 20 days back and you guys didn't even check it! I feel like all the reports I've sent are just wasted potential on my side.

And why isn't it allowed to report 5+ players in the same day! I don't really know what is wrong with that! We absolutely see more than 5 hackers every day! and you neither fix the protection software's bugs nor let us report them. Seriously you need more presence because this hackers problem is just not acceptable on my side!
If you can't manage it that's okay, JUST DON'T MAKE US REPORT IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!

Crossfire is a great game due to various types of maps, modes and server locations. BUT its not fun to be playing with/vs hackers almost every game -many of whom has a relatively very high ranks-. Seriously guys, do something before it's too late.

    If it's a low rank it's not even worth reporting, they'll just create another accond seconds later. I don't even bother reporting anymore whole system is messed up along with the toaster anti.
