I Have Finish monthly mixup event and got Bc axe gold and banna gernade ... but didn't get the ribbon

Ribbons sometimes take a while to update on your profile (Up to 48 hours), this might be the reason you don't have the ribbon.
That, or the ribbon might be given out at the beginning of each month, I'm not sure.

Yep, pretty much this. The ribbon is only given out once a month (at the very beginning for completing the previous month). If the first day of the month is a weekend, most likely you won't get it until the next Monday or Tuesday. If it's a weekday, you still need to wait 24-48 hours.
