do you want to report?

hey guys , please someone help me !!! $:\$
i open the game normally and loading ,i go into any sever and any channel but when i start the game in any map ,the game crash and showed up a black screen with a window said "do you want to report?"
so guys any ideas to solve this problem ??

How many % does it load before it crashes? Is it 12%? If so you have a resolution issue. Your resolution in-game is set to bigger than your pc resolution. I recommend changing that.

If thats not the case, post a screenshot here so we can help out
