Report Card event!

Please, I didn't get my color blaze crates or my ribbon, and last I checked i'd completed 16 hours of play.. I got 3 A's but didn't get the ribbon too..Please help me. This is the second time I get a late ribbon btw, I also had a bug with the pistol week ribbon just before this event.
