ı want to do weapon raffle. PLEASE READ ALL

i know a few years ago there was a weapon raffle here.

and i asked the person Who doing this, is this possible? and he told me something like i was a GM or GM is my friend so they helped me to do that.

i have same 2 items in my storage, so i want to give one of them to somebady lucky.

i know i can't do that myself. i need some help from GMs, or mods.

dear GM, MOD, please do contact me and organize an item raffle,


i guarantee that, this is not a "moving item to my other-second account" operation.

GM can hold a number on his/Her mind and that number could be winner,

or GM can use internet stuffs to choose the winner, i dont know, but i know that i want to give my duplicate item to somebody lucky.
