Nick Name is not appearing

Hi, it has been 4 years since I have played the game. Now I am back with my old ID but when I logged into the game mode it does not show my Nick Name, where as earlier when I have played it showed the nick name like the other players in the game room. So can anyone tell me why its showing some random number instead of my Nick Name.

Hi Thanks for your quick response but is it possible to check if someone is using that name. If no one is using can I get it back.

You can check by going in-game and attempting to use the ign change item to get that name.
