You're able to get 1 refund in all the time you play CrossFire, so if you haven't used that up, your able to get your ZP from the Predator back, but since you bought your Predator with a discount, i dont really know what they will do, you'll have to send a support ticket for further help.

For these type of issues, you got to send in a ticket.

Payments / Purchases / Refunds --> Item Refund.

Then you will need to fill out the form.

i tried to send a ticket in refund ticket but they said they never do refund . maybe they dont read my message .. i just need to exchange to m4a1 iron beast

I think you can forget it then. Also im pretty sure they only do refunds within 48 hours of purchase. And refund/exchange is basically the same.

i already send a ticket when i saw my vip and i know i need to refund withen 24 hours and thats i do .. but they replying me the nxtday of that
