eror when i try start the game

hi there i just did setup new windows when i try click at cross fire icon nothing show up but when i click at the cf patch it go with patches ya same errors keep up but the normal icon dont show the start game option same as it should dont know why just show nothing !! any one have any idea why

oh and by the way its new hardware also but i took the game file from the old hardware so it should work !!
