[Error] While starting the game

I can't start up the game i just get stuck into the step 3 while loading up the HackGateWayClient: https://imgur.com/a/peOHU
Also i used to get error when ever i join any game from the beginning i need to wait for like 2 rounds + so i can join the game with no errors. Can you give me a hand to solve this ?
