Black Market Coupon-Weapons

Most likely not until February. I suppose there's a chance the temporary weapons that are in there might get changed up this month still but I kind of doubt that too at this point.

The only other possibility but I doubt it'll be happening is if the Coupon expansion gets implemented which may have higher tiers of coupon weapons opening up in the exchange. But not something i'd hold my breath for.


ultimately it's a 'wait until the GMs announce a change'. kind of situation.
