BAD Tracker or BAD game log used by the game company.

Continually if I do an event dependent on doing a certain number of games or something over 2 weeks long invariably my written record and the TRACKER record show I have completed the even.
However I dont get the rewards. I get form messages saying my name was not on the "log" of those completing the event. I simply ask then WHY DOES THE TRACKER SAY I DID COMPLETE THE EVENT???
Really tired of company errors. And tickets do not ever get anyone to look at MY TRACKER.
I send proof - screenshots of my tracker when they ask for proof. Be aware that does not good. I send proof, they ignore it.
Thats why I say the events are useless. (FOR ME). Good luck to you all that get it, I guess Im on a discrimination list of some sort. SAD
Im applying for a job right now and here to be a quality control person and answer tickets by using my human eyes and actually going and looking at all evidence available, and not using form responses (which indicates no investigation in any part or effort taken ny the person that clicks a button saying no.
