ping problem

hi every 1,

yesterday my ping was 98 and today it is between 160 and 190, kinda doubled overnight

just wondering if any 1 else is having this problem? its kinda making the game unplayable for me :S

any ideas why it could have happened would be appreciated or anyway of fixing this problem otherwise its R.I.P for me on this game
