Also I don't know what section I should post this.

You tried leaving the server and coming back on or closing Crossfire and starting it up again? If so maybe wait until tomorrow since that when the cooldown should end and if that doesn't happen send in a Support Ticket.

The bug should fix itself after you change servers. If it's still there, please report it to Support.
