Cannot Launch game, "File is changed: w[2007] L[0] Bugtrap.dll"

Title is self explanatory, I went to log in tonight, it launched perfectly fine earlier before I had to run errands, And now whenever I launch it hangs on the HGW Game Watcher screen and a window stating "File is changed: w[2007] L[0] Bugtrap.dll" pops up, I havent done anything with the files of the game and I'm a legit player so I legitimately don't know what's going on with it. Possible HGW bug maybe?

I've tried completely reinstalling Crossfire to no avail, Still says the same thing when I try to launch

Is it something on Z8's side? Because this only happened after the emergency maitenence earlier

Completely deleted every CF related folder on my computer and did a clean Reinstall

Problem solved, game launches just fine now...

Remove the game from your PC and download again then will be fine

Just like the other players have said, you need to reinstall the game since one or more of your games files have been changed. Make sure the CrossFire folder is in your exception list for your anti-virus and firewall. Sometimes, they tend to change the files.

I got the game to run yesterday after a clean reinstall but naturally today i'm running into the same issue, probably just bad luck considering that the Noble Beast M4 is my dream gun in this game and nows likely my only opportunity to earn it without shelling out serious money for crates

I'm in the middle of my fourth clean reinstall[removing EVERYTHING and redownloading], I'm updating my drivers, I cant white list Crossfire on spybot for whatever reason but it hasnt conflicted with it for the 7 years ive played this game so that really shouldn't be an issue...

I guess just rinse and repeat with the reinstalls until the issue goes away for good right?
