Stuck at Step 4

Hello weiwei,
i tried all methods to fix this HGW stuck at step 3 issue but didn't work.i also submit the ticket and i have done all that they said and also provided my
information to them like region,isp,error sc,IP,the date when issue started like the issue starting date is 2nd august that's it.
all the info i submited in ticket.But stilll noting is fix.they just saying that [We would like to thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We have forwarded the information to the appropriate department and they will begin an investigation.] always they saying this only.
Because of this i miss all previous events like weknd beach party, Mutation Marathon,etc.
Please help me pleaseeee..
