Error during try to play war

I'm new player
I signed up and opened the game but when I try to play exercise or match it send to me ( Error Do you want a Report) What should I do I can't play

I think it's a resolution problem. I had this problem too and solved it.
Verify your screen resolution on your pc properties.
Than change in game resolution and put the most similar to your screen resolution in game on:
Options>graphics>resolution

Than i think it will work.
