My tickets keep disappearing

On your go to view tickets, there is a green button at the top right that says "Hide Resolved Tickets/View Resolved Tickets," click on it and see if it is there.

I think the support system is having issues with glitches when submitting tickets and hack reports. I've seen at least a few people, myself included, who have submitted some hack reports and yet they don't appear in the Hack Report History side of things and re-submitting had no effect. No clue if they're actually getting through either. However the same glitch on the support ticket side could be more problematic seeing as you generally EXPECT an answer to your support ticket so you need to make sure that not only does it go through...but that it's there so you can see a reply.
