Check your Event Log and see if everything is done to make sure.

Just go to the Offical Website > Go over News > Click on Events > Click on Show All > Look for the Play Win Repeat Event > Check Your Progress

I haven't gotten my stuff yet aswell and I know for sure everything is done on the page so just make sure everything is fine then trying to go on the Support Section of the Forum and request for help or send a ticket.

Wait another 48 hours. It's not uncommon for distribution of rewards to happen at different times for different people. If you still don't get your reward after 48 hours, submit a Ticket.
