Finished the Play Win Repeat Event, Never got my rewards.

I have fully finished the whole event but I have yet have been given my rewards from the 20K Event Points to the 10 Free Crates Spins.

I know certain people have gotten theirs so I don't know if it's just I need to wait a bit longer but I just wants to clear it up before it's too late.
