Useless help

well, i sent a lot of tickets trying to explain what really happened but they can not help me and they will not change their minds so i am trying to refer to someone who could really listen and to do so i had to grab your attention by being rude but i am sorry.
I would appreciate your help if you just look into the matter please.
BTW it's not the same issue, Cross Fire support staff do not offer much of help! =)

    Let's be sensible here. Your account is permanently banned. You even know why your account was permanently banned. It's called permanent for a reason. It's not an opinion, you can't change it. Lastly, being rude towards others and/or blaming those who can't change a permanent ban isn't the right attitude. If you don't have your account anymore, perhaps you can still have your dignity.
