It's ok, I won't try to change your opinion about giving cheaters a second chance.
If a guy walks into a bar and shoots a child in the face on purpose what happens? He gets the death penalty, no second chances. Your statement is invalid. He knew the terms of service, he knew the consequence of hacking, and he knew that he wasn't suppose to do it. Yet, he downloaded and used a third party program. Like mentioned before, he was going to quit crossfire, so as you said before about loosing his account, he didn't care since he was going to quit anyways, so he decided to use hacks. Why should you give someone like that a second chance?
The answer is you shouldn't. Anyone who thinks so otherwise needs to be placed in a "special" room. -

Yes, I agree it's getting a bit repetitive, in which the Original Poster has already apologized for it. I wish I could say the same for people who say he should be given a second chance but my brain refuses to acknowledge it. -
