permantely blocked for no reason someone help now

i was permantely blocked for apparently using hacks and when i asked z8games to provide proof they said they already gave me a reason and the reason was that i used suspisous software or i was hacking. i have never used any hacks, and i would like my account back right now. i spent 20$ yesterday on zp and won guns and then now today im permanetly blocked. some gm needs to contact me and help me.
