ZP Ribbon Issue

For the, "ZP for Everyone" Ribbon, I gifted $10 in Karma Coin ZP to a friend and I have not gotten the ribbon. Is there some long delay to get the ribbon or did I do something wrong?

Just to confirm, did you send through the "Buy as Gift" option?

If so, send a ticket through Support and they will help you get it sorted out.

Yeah I did, and I sent a ticket as well. Was told to wait 48 hours and if it doesn't go through, I make another ticket.
