Got kicked out of my clan?

So I haven't logged on for a month or so, and I planned to be active now.
I noticed I was no longer leader of the clan I created and owned for a year.
I don't know if it was because of in-activeness or it's a bug?
Is there a way I can get it back, and was it due of being inactive for a month?
Also, sorry if I used the wrong thread.
