Hacker Reports

I've been reporting some hackers lately.
But to my notice the status of those reports haven't been updated since i made them.
How long does it normaly take to respond? It's been more than a week.

    Unlike normal tickets, you will *not* receive a response to your Hack Report. The statuses may get updated when/if the GMs take a look, but you won't be notified. Sorry for any confusion this may have caused between you and the Crossfire Support Team
