So many Errors and hacks

I have been constantly being Disconnected from matches i have been playing. I have done more than enough mutant x, knight and mutant mode matches that i should have all the dailys up to date for the weekly, yet i only hav 7/10. 0/10 and 4/10 like wtf gives. I havent played any mutant matches prior to this week. I have upgraded my mutant soul completely once during this time so far and anyone who knows matches give you like what 1.8%-4% at most. so thats well over the 30 matches needed and yet i dont even have half awarded.. like wtf gives? I keep getting a error of 0-3 and crossfire crashes. Even if i complete the match and get the error on the final score page i still dont get the daily count for event. When I post anything to z8 I get a thanks for bringing this to our attention and that they will forward it to the department that should cover it. Yet nothing gets done. I have yet to hear back from z8 about these issues. I also have been sending in hacker reports and nothing gets done. I have seen a hacker go from a new account to a major in a month the account is still active as well. The account name is ~REMOVED~. I have sent in at least 10 reports on the person and nothing gets done. I even have screen shots that they openly admit on using hacks. Yet they are still playing and ruining the game for others. So take this as a warning fellow players that its been over a month and nothing has been done.
