Black Screen

I keep getting a black screen whenever I start up crossfire on my laptop. I've already full reinstalled and redownloaded the game it isn't a internet issue for sure. It's a laptop that could handle GTA V so pretty sure it should be able to handle crossfire. It's a laptop with windows 8

Have you tried running CrossFire as Admin? What about updating your Windows or Graphics Card?

I've tried the common things like that already, that's why I'm asking it here now maybe there is another way to fix this?
It's when I start launcher>click play>black screen (it doesn't close itself not even after hours I need to use task manager to close it).
