Help me retrieve my account please

Sorry but nobody on the forums can help you with account bans. Account bans are only dealt through Support and once Support has given the final answer, there is nothing else to do other than starting fresh by making a new account.

I know you worked hard on your account, but you're going to have to come to terms with the fact that your account is now permanently banned.

Based on what you've stated in your previous threads, your account was stolen and then permanently banned for hacking. There is no way to reverse the permanent ban on that account. The issue here isn't that you do or don't have the information, the issue is that your account was banned for hacking...

I mean, I don't know how else to tell you. You keep asking for a permanent ban to be lifted. There's a reason it's called a permanent ban, and not a temporary ban.
