many faild to connect to server nad host

i get many "failed to connect to the server/host" messages , just when i enter any room all chars freezes and i got this error , and in sometimes i got this message XIGNCODE :
besides the high ping rates reaching 3k , i have a 1mbs/s wifi internet connection and my computer performance is more than the recommended. i always was getting ping between 80-190 s only.
how can i fix those problems ?

In task manager process tab look for anything Crossfire related and close them, then start Crossfire as administrator. About freezing I've experienced them not as much anymore but nothing you can really do but you said you use wifi maybe try connecting through Ethernet cable and see if it's any better.
