Paid for ZP using a debit card, but didnt get the ZP

hey guys, i purchased ZP using my debit card, but for some reason after the payment was processed, i didn't receive the ZP or a confirmation email receipt! My debit card was still charge afterwards for 114.79 CAD. Does it take longer for debit cards to process the payment to z8, or am i really not going to get the zp and lost my money?

Also, I am not sure there would be a delay in receiving the ZP; I just know that there's just a delay in the funds being withdrawn from the bank account when a debit card is used as a credit card.
