I still didn't receive my NA Exclusive Name card.

Yeah, that's weird, you should have the namecard. Have you submitted a Support ticket? They will manually add it to your account.

I already did and my ticket got closed and they just said that they will investigate it but I still didn't receive the Name card

I see. I will forward this to the GMs attention. No guarantees you will get your namecard any time soon, but at least the GMs can correspond with Support and perhaps expedite the handling of your issue. In the mean time, please hang tight

I wonder if the delay in getting him the name card is related to the visual bug with the namecard where it doesn't show unless you're the host of the room? just a thought.

Speaking of which....I'd really like to see that fixed. (pretty sure it still effects the Urban Operations name card too)
