This Machine Has Reached the Z8Games Accounts creation limit.

I am trying to create an account for my wife and a message pops up:

"This Machine Has Reached the Z8Games Accounts creation limit."

I don't understand in that I have only ever had one account and I am trying to create the account on a fairly recently purchased laptop on which I never had Crossfire installed until today.

I submitted a ticket but am puzzled as to what is going on. Also, I am trying to create the account from work, so the IP isn't even the same as my home.

    Interesting, this is the first time I've seen someone run into this problem. I guess it's a security measure to stop hackers from creating multiple accounts.
    If you haven't done this yet. Clear your browser's cache, cookies, history, all of that good stuff. Then try again. Also, you can try to create the account from your phone. Good luck!
