Banned bugg

okay so when i log into game it says i am permanently blocked however when ever i log into the website i can do everything normal i can go to clan i can look up my account it doesnt say i am blocked when i go to the website somone said they placed a ban on my account... i can send screen shots if you would like please help me... I still have honor solider and everything and this has been like 3 days ago info please
