Change email

Hi,
I am trying to send a support ticket for changing my email because i dont have access anymore on this one. The promblem is that i dont have any payment for a couple of years and alla of my payments was paysafe cards so i cant add any info on that field. So it doesnt let me to add a support ticket because of invalid input .

All of the other info is correct i had them printed and writed on my pc.100% sure that is correct
