Dosn't let me enter NA 1

Been a few months, and still i have not been able to enter Na 1, it always says step two then my game disconnects is there a solution to this?

Are you sure there isn't anything which is blocking the connection between you and CrossFire? Close down as many background programs as you can. Add CrossFire's folder to your exception list on your anti-virus and firewall.

How can i add crossfire's folder to my exception list on your anti-virus and firewall? Also i'm sure their is not anything that is blocking the connection between me and crossfire.
