my account is stolen

Hello. 3 nights ago my email address was broken. The person who broke my email address, stole my crossfire account and changed the mail to my account. I do not know all the data exactly because the account is being made for a long time. I just remember just 60% of my account data. I have proof of all the transactions by zp, and all that has been done on this account. GMs do not want to help me recover my account because I do not know the exact date of creating the account. But I gave them a lot of evidence that it is my account and they do not want to help me. It would be best to ask the account owner some account data to see that he knows nothing. What could I do?
I really do not know what to do to get my account back. I'm desperate. I worked a month for nothing to play 400 € and they gms do not want to help me.
