You should receive it around 24 hours after you get your 20th Ribbon. If it doesn't appear in 48 hours, send a ticket, and they'll help you from there. Bear in mind that 48 hours is a Saturday, so you won't get a reply to your ticket until at least Monday.

I got the 20th ribbon like 3-4 days ago, so I'll just send a ticket. Thanks for the help
