Plz Help 10min. loading

Looks like an issue reading your HDD if your desktop icons aren't loading, and the cursor is stuck as the loading circle.
Have you tried holding the power button to turn it off, leaving it a minute or so, and turning it back on, just to see if it persists?

It might just be having trouble loading the once, maybe try leaving it for an hour and seeing if it becomes responsive again.
