Terrible support team
I recently wanted to come back to this game after a 5 year break and found out my account password was changed. So i contacted their support and as you do for a 7 year old account you forget what details you used for your account. I was able to provide one of my earliest zp transactions as a proof that it was my account. Instead of helping me and explaining what i need i get the exact same reply to repost another ticket request without any other explaination i even specified not to close the thread and help me through getting my account back obviously z8games support do not care for your account and just take the lazy way out. Terrible customer support! Wanted to get back into the game after a 5 year break but now guess i wont

No it has been 7 years since the creation i have everything that i can use to prove that i am the actual owner if you want personal identification i can give, the username was my own name and surname. I can get my parents who bought all the zp years ago for the account to prove that they paid. What i do not understand is why do you guys not stay and help me through this and instead close the thread without me being able to contact you guys live.

One transaction ID is not enough information to recover. You need the correct information that is asked for in the ticket form. There is no other explanation needed, and as long as you have the wrong info, you will get the same results.I was able to provide one of my earliest zp transactions as a proof that it was my account. So what if i forgot some of those particulars. Its been 7 years! And from what i remembered you guys did not require a email confirmation to play the game so for all i know i might have used a fake email. The only thing i got is the transactions
There should be a email which got sent out after you created your account. This email should contain your ID.
As for your password, you can reset it by clicking on "Forget Password?", this will send out a email with instructions on how to reset you password.
