My game has no step/weapons souds

So, i just reinstalled my windows, and this lovely game crossfire, and now i don't have ingame weapon/step sounds, recoil, switch weapons and so on

any help?

When reinstalling, please following these steps as it will give you the best outcome:

Control Panel -> Z8Games -> CrossFire -> Uninstall CrossFire.
Open Up My Computer.
Delete the CF directory (Program Files/Z8Games/CrossFire/).
Delete the CF directory (/Document/CrossFire/) (Make sure you backup any screenshots or replays you may have before doing this).
Disable your anti virus.
Download the newest client from our downloads site.
Install the game from the new download.
Add the entire crossfire folder to your antivirus exceptions.
Re-enable realtime protection.
Start CrossFire as Admin.

Meh, that could help, but i think is something else, something like

Step 1 to infinite FIX YOU DAM GAME, wtf? like really? you allways add new weapons vips costumes, because you now, they mean money, but you don't give a fu..ck about your game. i also like the cf error thing.

i don't bash at him, nor the cf GM or moderators, only the tehnical team. i allready search about this problem on google, and i found topics since 2010. so again, why i need to do shady things? why don't they fix the game

Reinstalling the game isn't a "shady" thing...lol

delete folder from documents, disable antivirus. and as i said above, i just reinstalled my windows and so i got a fresh version of crossfire

i did not disable them

how is that gold? when i can't hear people walking, how can i play the SD or gost mode?

i only have ingame music, narative like "you need to do this to kill the boss", radio sounds and character sounds like "double kill..." i dont have recoil souds, weapons sounds, switching weapon, bomb blowing up, walking

Actually this is perfect for ghostmode. U only need ghost breath.

I've had a bug that disabled 90% of sounds. It didn't help at all. All I had was the sound of melee swings/hits, so it's useless for ghost mode.

you don't say...

gost breath is in the non narative category, like walking or weapons souds
