Question regarding the ban

Recently my multiple vip accounts were banned for no reason, I played last night and logged off, I was tryna login today but got the message saying "your account has been permanently banned" without any third party program usage. Please enlighten me on why this happened, yet when I try to login on my other alt acc, it works just fine, the reason I am making this thread is because I don't remember my email so support ticket is useless, please do me a favor and reply to this post if possible cause I really dont understand how I can perfectly login on my non vip acc or other alt acc and dont get any message saying "your account has been permanently banned". Please shoot me a forum inbox if gm posting here violates the z8 tos.
