After reporting a hacker site shows no records?

Just as the title says..
After reporting hackers it always shows no records of the reports. Is this just how it seems or the reports are not getting delivered for real?

If mine don't show up, I shorten the amount of text in the comments box, because that seems to break it for me for whatever reason, then it shows up after I submit it again.

i think its not allowed to write profile links or any other link into the report comment box.
