i need a serious help by GM! account first info

I've tried to recover my account once with the same information like 3 months ago and it worked, I dont know if there's an issue or something blocking the information but it's the same..i even put the all paypal payments and ids. Also none has the info expec me! I got really tired of sending tickets..they say its not right but it is!! Pls gm help me., sorry for
