Failed to connect to server problem

Well , hello GMs and players , Now i faced a problem since i updated CF , And the problem is when everytime i enter the login panel it shows me 'Failed to connect to server' , any help please ? by the way i posted a ScreenShot for you to see .. thanks for ur help.

That's because there is a maintenance that will take up to 5 hours so all servers are down right now,
