Regarding the errors, people from Egypt get those because of something the goverment did a while back. If you're Egyptian, that's what's causing it (the errors that you dc when you join a game) .
As for the ping spikes, I get those too and I think it's a server problem (one of many), because I see them happen randomly to all kinds of different players (from different countries)

I Cant even join UK3 step 2 then MM server connection failed.
