[Release] Login UI :: SPOP
Intro
As some of you may have noticed, yesterday I started working on my first Login Screen. In the thread I posted 2 progress updates and now I can release my first work of art. I appreciate constructive criticism, which I can use in my next works. I had to dig up my photoshop experience which I last used 3 years ago so bear with me :P
First off
First off, BACK YOUR FILES UP. In case you do something wrong you'll always have the original files ready. I'll be releasing a copy of the original files aswell for troubleshooting.
Installing
The installing is very easy. I've put it together in a RAR File, which compresses the files and puts all the different files in 1 main file for ease of use.
You need WinRAR or another unpacking utility to decompress the file. Go to http://www.rarlab.com/ to download it if you do not have it yet.
Next step is Double-clicking the .rar file, a window will popup which will say "Release-SPOP", open that folder (inside the window) and you'll see "UI".
Now press the "Extract to" button and go to C:/Program Files/Z8Games/CrossFire/rez/ (Or go to the directory where you've installed crossfire). Extract it into there and popups will come up asking if you want to overwrite the existing files, select yes or yes to all to continue.
Once that's done you're good to go. Enjoy!

only one problem is the actual login screen supposed to be lower the the one in the backround>?
What exactly do you mean? Are you saying the username and password field is not in the right co-ordinates? Cause I've thoroughly tested it and it seemed fine. -

yeah like the original login is there it doesnt match with the mod, i cant explain it lol ill post a ss -
Are you sure you've followed my guidelines, cause the username, password and other input variables have been fixed and corrected in the LogIn.txt, which you have to overwrite over the existing login.txt.
If you wanna post a SS, go to imageshack.us or anything alike and post the image link between [img][/img] tags
